Calendar - Prayer for the NHS

Dear Father, in this ever changing world where frightening things are happening and stress levels are rising. We thank you that you remain the same and your word holds true, we speak out over our nation and the NHS, that you God are our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble, therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea (from psalm 46). Lord God bring blessings to our nation and the NHS and peace to our troubled world, in Jesus name amen. Remembering from Isaiah 2 v 4 that you O God, will judge between the nations, and shall arbitrate for many peoples; they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more."
