Dear Lord, we pray for NHS staff subjected to racism in the face of a hardening of attitudes across the country. May all staff of differing races and cultures be treated with kindness, respect and gratitude. Amen.
Where there is chaos we pray for order and new creation - in the beginning the world was formless and void and the Holy Spirit hovered over the deep - Lord create new and good patterns of work and methods in the NHS. Let there be new success stories and contentment.

Dear Lord, We pray earnestly for the assisted suicide bill to not be passed and the abortion bill to also not be passed. May the vulnerable, abused, elderly and infirm be protected and MPs vote against both these bills. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.
